Tips on selecting food wisely:
Remember the five P's: Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. Preparing your kitchen pantry and refrigerator with recommended food items will help prevent bingeing on toxic processed foods and snacks. Be prepared to order ala carte in a restaurant or you will be tempted by breads and other foods that are not recommended. Be prepared to ask for no dressings or sauces to make your meal aid you in nutrition, rather than aiding you in gaining weight.
Cook ahead of time on the weekends and then store or freeze. Keep healthy and easy snack options available, like nuts and seeds, berries or Granny Smith apples. Stick to the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen list when it comes to your recommended organic fruits and vegetables. Ideally organic, local and in season are always best, frozen second, staying away from canned and dried fruits and vegetables.
Use organic spices to flavor your food and make it different so that you don't get bored. After the first 10-14 days most cravings will be eliminated and you will find the purfication process much easier.

21 DAY JOURNAL
I would recommend keeping a food journal during the 21 days. In your journal keep track of anything that goes into your body and the time of day, this not only includes food and drink but also supplements and medications. Write down how you felt before and after eating. Many food sensitivities will not manifest until sometimes 24-36 hours later. The journal will help you see how you are feeling not only emotionally (anger, fear, depression, anxiety, happy, joyful, etc.) but also how is your body "feeling" (bloated, gas, weight loss, weight gain, indigestion, acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, etc).
MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING A PRE WEIGHT AND A PICTURE OF YOURSELF! YOU WILL BE AMAZED WITH THE CHANGES!

I had severe allergies and low back pain for years, plus I was always tired and had occasional neck pain.
